When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the United States.
For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
Are sale items returnable?
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I know what size to order?
We strive to provide accurate sizing information for every product. If you're between sizes or have questions about the fit of a specific item, we're always happy to help before you order.

Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time.
However, if you're attending one of our pop-up events, you'll be able to shop our collection in person.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@magdalenehaven.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work quickly to make it right.
