Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Jewelry
  • Home décor
  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@magdalenehaven.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
